'I’m afraid to have children': fear of an older future in Japan and South Korea

reddit is now full of children who apparently can only learn from each other. then they go around parroting it like it's objective facts. it's the blind leading the blind. explain to me, where would japanese people get produce from if there are no young japanese to work their farms? they already need migrants to work their farms for them. yea the owners of those farms need workers but the population needs the output of those farms too. same with factories and everything else.

it's such an obvious conclusion too and somehow you guys can't figure it out yourself. who makes products that the country needs if the entirety of society is too old and nobody works those factories?
