I didn’t say you couldn’t criticize religious institutions nor did I say you were going for the rights of religious institutions. I said the fact you called religious institutions that don’t conduct “gay weddings” homophobic exposed your ignorance.

You should requiring all restaurants to be kosher and serve halal meat then. These people are keeping Jewish people and Muslim people from being able to eat there. Country clubs should be forced to let poorer folks in because that is discriminatory towards them. It will go on and on. Only christians are being targeted. If “gay marriage” doesn’t force people to violate their religious beliefs then I don’t care what they do. But honestly, the government has no business in marriage imo. Let Christians do what they want, atheists do what they want, etc. The government has sullied marriage enough already.
