I’m at a crossroad.

They say that because there is a small percentage of people who do not give up. On whatever it is. Especially in relationships. Consistency is overlooked. It is so damn easy to quit, regain "yourself" (the term that all the wackos say over and over again), to avoid having to invent yourself outside of your comfort zone. Going outside of your comfort zone is the only way to grow. Instead, everyone is focused on words like "toxic" and "feelings". Terms that did not exist in this context for millions of years. When you are beat over the head with annoying terms, there is always a reason for it. It is sneaky. The mainstream process of facing adversity is equal to taking drugs to mask emotional pain, only there is much more money involved and zero prosecutions of the soulless crooks that play the SIMS game on a world stage.
