I’m Dr. Rachel DuPaul, a psychologist specializing in helping people navigate quarter-life and mid-life crises. Ask me anything!

Do you know of any support articles or anything regarding going through a quarter life crises with adhd and other mental/physical disabilities? I’m having a difficult time and it feels like i’m going crazy at times. It’s the first time in my life i’m actually getting help now but it’s going to take a bit of time to get through past abuse and trauma etc. of course and putting the difficulties im currently having ontop of that (quarter life crises) is a lot. I can’t stop thinking about it, what would you recommend regarding self help wise for this sort of stuff?

Also thank you for doing this!! I think having a love for animals shows that you have a lot of empathy for people. I appreciate that and am so happy there’s people out there like you :)
