Take your current body weight, multiple it by 9. Typically I would say by 11 or 12 . But you’re a fat fuck. So you’re a special case. But take that number and eat that amount of calories

Lift heavy, follow a workout program (5x5 strong lifts is good for beginners) download my fitness pal, track your calories, track your protein intake should be about .7-1g of protein per pound of body weight.

Keep doing this for let’s say 6/9 months. Congrats you’re now below 20% bf, lost over 40 pounds and GAINED MUSCLE.

Always remember HARD WORK IS FREE. It’s just about how bad you want it.
