U can't help someone who doesn't want to help themselves. To me it seems YOU haven't experienced this first hand. I have a friend who recently almost died because of an amphetamine bomb bursting his intestines and like a month later after surgery he's doing it again! There's nothing that's gonna get him to quit if nearly dying isn't enough. They don't want to help themselves so there's nothing you, me or anyone can do to get them to quit.
