I'm still aimlessly wandering through life thinking "What the hell am I supposed to do?" Never had any interests or a passion in anything but smoking weed and making mistakes.

With that being said - Go for the art shit man. You have an idea already of what you enjoy and want to get better at it. You ahead of the curve where I'm from. Will it be a struggle? Probably. Will there be money in it? Probably not. But if you love making it, why not?

Most people just go paycheck to paycheck work then home work then home. If you want more out of life you do the things that you love and bring you happiness. What better medium of expression for that is there than art?
