Salaam sis. Im sorry you are going through all of this and I can totally relate. I am also a revert who gives 200% of myself to my husband and his family and get there bare minimum in return. We have 4 kids, ourselves and 3 of his family members living in our 1 bedroom apartment.

There are many ways to make a small space work but you have to really think outside the box. It does suck not getting all the things you feel you deserve and often dream of but a friend of mine was just reminding us both that inshallah we will live like absolute princesses in jennah.

Outside of the making your small space work, I would suggest you stop spending your money in the house. Force his hand to do more so that you can take your extra money to splurge on things that may make your living situation better or just make you feel better buying your baby nice outfits or things. After I got a good job, I saved up money and bought myself all the gold my husband was supposed to buy me as dowry and did a big photoshoot in a wedding dress etc etc. I celebrated myself and it really did help heal some bitterness I had. Not sure if you will benefit from it but maybe somewhere you can find something to ease your pain. I am sorry again sis ❤️
