I’m quite curious to know what you think? I have never had severe sensitivity before this happened. I got three cavity fillings on my back teeth done in October and ever since that happened, I sometimes can’t even eat a room temperature apple without being sensitive to the “coldness” of it.

I should have put it in my post, but I have always put pressure on my teeth when I sleep, but it has never bothered me before. My doctor did recommend getting a night guard to see what happens. Maybe the pressure on my teeth caused more pain on those fillings.

Another thing is that I don’t know how to explain? But when I got my filling done and for the next few weeks before I went back, every time I was grinding and put pressure on my teeth, I don’t know how to explain, but it’s like the filling was chipping? I felt little grittiness(?), if that makes any sense.

The past few months, sometimes I think that maybes the sensitivity feeling is all just in my head.

I am going back in two weeks to get the night guard mold done, so I will DEFINITELY talk to the hygienist about refilling my teeth.
