I’m tired

Based on personal experiences in the past i found out that sleep was my problem with anxiety and when i got a good nights sleep it helped me get through the day while feeling less anxious. My problem also was that my anxiety was keeping me up. I started watching videos of ambient noises like rain noises and waves crashing as i was falling asleep. I started making videos about the specific noises that help me sleep the most. I have had people tell me that my videos help them a lot, but ive also had people tell me to f off.
