No, it doesn't. She's a blessed sister who's in paradise with the brothers and who has an amazing testimony, but she's no queen or even "Mother" to the Church. If there is to be a queen, it's the Bride of the Bridegroom, and Paul said in no uncertain term that New Jerusalem is our mother.

The fact you even try to raise her up as such is alone a vile testament.

Reverend means worthy of reverence, this is spoken of the Lord. Mary is worthy of great blessings, but she isn't the Lord.
