(M16) need help

Well done for reaching out, I'm certain you'll find the path to.the destination you want. Then looking back to now you'll discover the key elements that worked for you.

This is your journey. Own it and keep going no matter what.

Diets, exercise, patterns of thought all play a part. Build your team too - whatever that means to you.

Well meaning people aren't enough, enlist people near you to your cause. Understand some may be less than helpful, that's ok.

Everything is about your response to the world.

Getting started. My 2c.

Meal portions. Keep halving them till you can't reasonably.

Focus on necessary nutrition, know what's important and how much. Remove excess.

Explore different ways of eating, notice all the different things people suggest. Test and find what works for you. Be aware this can change over time.

Make mistakes, celebrate mistakes - you're human, you're ok, mistakes and imperfections make perfectly imperfect humans. Mistakes are the testing process.

This is part of discovering what works for you.

Talk to experts. Medical, fitness, mental etc. Etc. Discover how many of them know the perfect answer.

Notice your answer is likely different to theirs. Take notice of each expert, keep what works for you.

If someone warns you, take heed, especially if it's a medical professional.

Notice many diets, keto etc. Will have champions and enemies. Both are probably kinda right in their own way.

Avoid cheat days.

Celebrate every win! With something that moves you towards your next destination.

There's always something over the horizon you won't know till you get there.

Know the destination beyond your next destination.

Keep going. Hang in there. Keep going. Fall off get on. Keep going.

Look at and share progress!
