So for the last two months Maaco of Hagerstown, MD has been terrible to deal with, never calling when they had parts, putting parts on when I never asked for them and charging me for them, not fixing a leak that was the entire reason I went. I had one other thing done that was not a pressing matter but thought I might as well have it done since they will have my car. Well after two months, and water damage to my car, I called on Saturday morning asking if they had the part yet. This particular part had been ordered long ago as the part to "fix the leak". This is what I was told. I had had my car there for an entire day to discover they didn't have the part that day, well they said it came in broken but didn't let us see it, I assume it wasn't there.

So back to Saturday, the guy that answers the phone says, "well I will need it all day to find out what is causing the leak." I immediately got upset but just replied, "I will just come talk to you"

Upon arrival I asked the for the manager/owner Kyle. When I asked his about the part for the leak, about the part I never ordered that they charged me for, about them never calling me, about why they needed my car an entire day again? He became really rude, starting blaming his workers, saying they didn't even know my car had a leak (the entire reason I am there). I replied, "I don't care whose fault it is, it is your business that messed up and I need your business to fix it and to return my money that they just took". He then tried to say "well we don't fix leaks, go somewhere else." Just then a mechanic walked in and said "yes we do, that's an easy fix". The manager/owner got pissed and looked at me and said, "fine bring it Monday at 8 a.m." May I add he stormed out of room at one point, and was pretty much talking to me like I was the biggest idiot ever.

Monday came, we changed my husband's work schedule and went, no mechanic was there to help and wouldn't be until afternoon. This was probably our 10th or so trip to Maaco, I was done.

I went home and wrote this review on the Maaco of Hagerstown fb review site....

"Crooks, rude people, and liars. Please take your business anywhere else but here. I regret spending the last month and a half wasting my time with this company. My car is still not fixed. They have charged my for car parts not needed, they have had me show up to multiple appointments and not have mechanics/car ready, they have lied about multiple car repair events, they are extremely unprofessional, and so much more. I hope this review at least stops a few people from being robbed and aggravated. So disappointed. They don't even deserve the one star required to write this review."
