I'm a communications consultant which means I basically try to distil a company's pitch to market. I start by sorting through the business areas and then work out how to present it to their market. It's this last bit that this is helpful for. Initial design steps can be tricky because they don't have the expertise/vocabulary so they can't articulate what it is they are looking for - I'm not being dismissive here, they just don't know the words. Having a site like this introduces them to simple design language that can keep the conversation going ensuring it's a collaborative effort.

This afternoon for instance I'm sending your colours page to a chap that builds mega-villas in the Balearics and we'll talk over Skype about brand attitude/feel and how that fits into the context of the lives of the rich people that buy his houses.
