Not sure how you’re receiving upvotes for a clearly false statement. He DID accuse Hans of cheating in his official statement. If you had continued on from the quote where he said Hans has cheated more recently, you’ll find : “ His over the board progress has been unusual, and thoroughout our game in the Sinqfield Cup I had the impression that he wasn’t tense or even fully concentrating on the game in critical positions, while outplaying me as black in a way I think only a handful of people can do. This game contributed to changing my perspective.”

He DOES directly accuse him of cheating. Not only that, but he does not submit evidence that he had cheated OTB. Saying that someone’s rise is unusual, losing to him by black and him not having a good vibe isn’t evidence of cheating. Accusing someone without evidence is the definition of slander.
