Was mailed wrong Lush Item and had Severe Reaction

It is never a company’s responsibility to ensure that you do not use products you could have an allergic reaction to. You can disclose your allergies, and they can warn you what to steer clear of, but at the end of the day this was probably a really simple packing mistake. It would have been best for you to send them an email and say you had received the wrong product (Lush usually lets you keep what you received but still replaces what was missing) and it was your responsibility as a consumer to check for what you’re allergic to. They had no way of knowing what they accidentally packed was going to be something you were allergic to. And when you call customer care, remember they’re human beings who had nothing to do with what happened and to ✨treat people with kindness✨
