I just honestly compared him to Nappa and Krillin and found that he wasnt THAT much better. His assist is aweful, his neutral isnt that good and his mix is pretty reactable. He needs assists to get any reward, and can be countered fairly easily. His normals and grabs are nice but thats it.

Now lets look at krillin. His mix isnt good, but he does have some stuff that can actually open you up. His oki with solar flare, assists, lvl 3 and rock is actually decent. His neutral, while lacking, at least has a very good beam. And his solo combo game is pretty good.

Nappa has good ground buttons, has lows for days, is actually pretty good in the corner, where he gets great damage and great resets. He can also do fine with just one assist that has decent corner carry.

So comparing 16 to them, I just didnt find him that much better.
