I especially am a tenant and landlords are not my favorite class of people but i ALWAYS call it like i see it.

you opportunist dick , i hope you get evicted right fast and have a shit time finding a new place , a new place where you have made completely sure the landlord is duely paying their taxes !! even if that means that you pay a bit more rent at least you wil rest easy knowing your landlord has his papers in order !!!
