Major Updates: Trouble Brewing, Brewing Ale, & Construction

Firstly, imo the pet should be a potential reward from gambling instead of being bought with PoE. Otherwise, the gambling rewards seem very fitting and reasonable. I cannot really comment on the gameplay ideas as I haven't played TB too much.

What really caught my eye though was the new ales, but I'd like to propose some changes to their effects as some of them seemed kind of lackluster or a bit too niche. Also I'd like to see mature versions for each one, with improved effects and increased duration of said effects. These should either have reduced effects for or have no effect in PvP, although I'd like to see other peoples opinion on this.

  • Monk's regeneration:
Normal: the effect seems quite decent considering the time the drink lasts.
Mature: retain this effect, but also have an added +1 Prayer point regeneration per 30 seconds.

  • Elven Instinct:
Normal: I feel as the weapon speed increase wouldn't even be possible to implement, and even then it would only really affect chompy hunting. I propose this to instead have an effect of an added +1 damage for every successful hit when using Ranged. For every 4 extra damage you deal, you lose 1 Hitpoint. Mature: retain the normal versions effects, with a doubled duration.

  • Enchanting Insight:
The effect seems a bit lacking, and I feel it wouldn't actually be too useful. Instead I'd like to see this being a Magic variant of Elven Instinct.

  • Tropical Cider: Although I think this effect should be granted by a Prayer or an a non-consumable item, it would be a nice add.
The mature version should retain the same effect, just with doubled duration.

  • Blacksmith's lager: Normal: This should also grant you a +3 Smithing and Mining boost. The percentage chance should be higher the lower level the bar used is. Mature: Increased chance to save bars and +4 Smithing and Mining boost, added to the normal versions' effects.

  • Savage Agony: I feel as this could only really be balanced in PvM, and even then it seems a bit OP. This should be a melee variant of Enchanting Insight/Elven Instinct.

  • Bleeding focus: Normal: The proposed effect seems too niche, instead give this a low-ish chance to apply a short and low (maybe 1-3 damage every hit) damage over time effect to your target, hitting every 4 ticks for 5 hits. Mature: Same effects as normal, but with very slightly increased average damage and doubled duration.
Lower the Cooking requirement by a few levels, maybe to 92.

  • Beast's bulwark: Normal: I don't know how balanced this would be, but it definitely doesn't seem too overpowered, especially if the effect doesn't work for PvP. Mature: Same effect as the normal version, but every hit taken (does not count blocked hits) also deals 1 damage to the opponent that dealt you damage. Maybe also lower the Cooking requirement to make this to 95.

Also, to keep the minigame alive even more, I suggest at least the two highest level ales should use something only obtainable from TB as their secondary ingredients for brewing. Whether or not these ingredients would be tradeable, I'll leave that to you.
