Making Money isn't Magic

So this post was made in reply to the question below in the monthly discussion thread asking about what amounts to "easy money".

I'm going to estimate 2 years of a "comfortable middle class lifestyle" (general American) as about $100k.

My interpretation of the question is to opportunities that generate roughly $30k/month income with minimal investment or training.
