Making myself less available

I'm optimistically hoping you're right. I think you're on the right track anyway.

I'm in a similar boat - not engaged, but in an LTR for a few years now, just started living together about 6 months ago. Things have now started to go downhill.

Never forget first principles of TRP: AWALT.

In my situation, everything was hunky dory for a few solid years - forget about this honeymoon period of a few months that people talk about. We would have amazing sex 9-10 times per week for the entirety of the time we were not living together.

It kind of sucks because it would be really nice to continue to essentially take this amazingly frequent sex for granted, and just go on with my life - doing well at work, doing my own thing at the gym, etc. But now it's become "a thing" so now active thought has to go into it.

Making yourself less available is a good start. But I think you next have to implant the idea in her head that other WOMEN are available to you.

I think you should start actively setting up other plates - even if you don't follow through. Women have a sixth sense... they can literally sense that shit, way better than we men can, IMHO. Your attitude if she accuses you should be (without actually saying the words) that she's not interested in sex with you, so you don't see why you shouldn't be free to seek from other avenues.
