the legal definition of Malay is only there for show in the constitution. even for those who are aware of this, when they think of Malay, they associate it to bangsa Melayu
has there been any situation where the legal term for Malay is practiced? i don't think so but if there is, please link me to it
to educate the politicians to apply the legal term is impossible. they would hate Chineses and Indians being part of the Malay/Bumi group because they are racist fucks
kalau org cina ngan india jadi "melayu", habislah Ketuanan Melayu yg diorg bangga-banggakan sangat. nanti mulalah idea-idea yg cina/india nak takeover dan jatuhkan org melayu tersebar luas
sejujurnya sbg seorg non-malay yg dilahirkan sbg muslim dan fasih berbahasa melayu sebab keluarga saya berusaha untuk fit in dalam kalangan org melayu supaya tak didiskriminasi, saya bahagia je dengan label non-malay muslim saya
Malay, Chinese, Indians, Orang Asal/Asli in West Msia and Natives of the Sabah and Sarawak (i'm sorry if i missed some terms here but i mean to say each and everyone of us citizens) are all Malaysians. i do not think the nons need to take up the "Malay" due to the legal definition in the constitution
let us own our race/ethnicity without tweaking it to this shithole of a country's majority. we are Malaysians and that's it
