Should women be paid the same as men? Yes, I think so. Can they be paid the same as men? No, because the revenue is simply not equal.

Also you mentioned how US men's national team performed worse compared to women's, but comparisons of competitive success are just pointless. If the USMNT played in the WWC, they would win every game without any problems (ekhm). Would the USWNT even qualify for the knockout round of the men's WC (which has a significantly higher level, therefore generates more revenue)? No? Then the accomplishments aren't the same and the comparisons don't work.
