"The male suicide rate is so high because men are too afraid to talk to someone due to toxic masculinity"

What is your point? That women attempt more? Well yes that would make sense based on the comment you're responding to says.

What is an attempt? : The American Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) defines an attempt as follows: "A suicide attempt is when someone harms themselves with any intent to end their life, but they do not die as a result of their actions."[3] The term and statistics on suicide attempts may include parasuicide, such as self-harm where there is no actual or consistent intention of killing oneself.

How often are they re-attempted: A literature review (Owens 2002) summarized 90 studies that have followed over time people who have made suicide attempts that resulted in medical care. Approximately 7% (range: 5-11%) of attempters eventually died by suicide, approximately 23% reattempted nonfatally, and 70% had no further attempts.

I don't know the exact variance between men and women attempts (successful or not) but if we take the data at face value and say men overwhelming succeed at their suicidal plans and women don't, but reattempt at approximately 23% and potentially again after that. I'd say it's a safe assumption that would explain the difference.

The means does make a massive difference. So the implicit argument that females attempt more than males so somehow that makes them at a more concerning postion position I would say does not hold up.
