Worked as a server in a wealthy retirement community in college. Place had no shortage of entitled retirees. They treated us like absolute crap - they'd snap their fingers at us, yell at us, call us all sorts of names, and yes sexually harass us. The creepy old women were just as bad as the creepy old guys.

The women would make lude sexual comments - "why dont you personally deliver that to my room later ;)", and try to punch/grab our butts from time to time. Management basically shrugged it off whenever we complained.

Just to highlight the double standard though- before I left some female server got groped by male resident. Apparently the creeper actually reached under her skirt to grab her butt. Then management got scared and actually halted dining services for couple days to figure out what to do. Don't exactly recall what happened next but just remember they made a huge deal out of it. The whole thing was very messed up.
