I used to work at a hardware store. I worked the register sometimes when we were short handed or when I was training somebody how to use the register. Well there was this girl who was relatively new there and after 4 months of working there she still didn't know how to use the register that well. (Now I know why.) So I would be up there a lot helping her with transactions and at one point when I was in the middle of a transaction she groped my ass. I'm trying to stay professional I'm not going to curse her out in front of all the customers. So after I had a chance to leave the register, I went and told my manager what had happened and they said "Wow she must really like you!" When I didn't laugh and told them I felt I violated they said, "we'll look into it. Let us know if she does it again." So maybe a week goes by, and I'm up there in the exact same situation where I was very busy helping a customer. She comes up and grabs my ass again. This time I turned around and told her to get away from me! She just went back to help her customers and I went back up to the managers office and told them that she grabbed my ass again. They chuckled and said something along the lines of "Gosh she just really likes you doesn't she! Let us know if it happens again." I told them its already happened TWICE and asked them if they were going to fire her or not because I can't work with her! They said something like "we'll figure out something." Welp she never got fired and still works there to this day. I quit 5 months after. I did my best to avoid her but I just couldn't work there with her constant harrassment. For reference, there was a guy that worked there a year earlier and he grabbed a girls butt and got fired on the spot as he should. Now when a girl gropes a guys ass MULTIPLE TIMES it's "She just really likes you."
