I'm guessing you're very physically attractive. I can't imagine you would get catcalled a ridiculous 50-70 times per week if you weren't trying to show yourself off in some way. if you don't like the attention being sexy as all hell brings, and that is clearly what you are, I'm not sure what to say. Be more plain? I'm sorry you're so attractive? There's nothing a man can say here to help you that won't get him labeled a sexist pig. I simply can't believe that you're not aware of what makes you outwardly desirable to men. I know, I know, its men that need to change, etc. but that's a slow indirect solution to your problem. So what can you do to change it, for your own immediate benefit? I can't believe you don't know how to embellish these attractive traits or make them more discreet, depending on how you want your day to go. And if you're the type that wants to wear yoga pants, a low cut top, and have a killer body without getting noticed or doted upon, you're the kind that wants to keep your cake and eat it too. Being outwardly desirable to the opposite sex has consequences. Whether good or bad, you are attracting people. We are animals and this is how we reproduce. By signalling and displaying certain features, we attract the opposite sex. I know it's not fair. Life is not fair. This is one of those issues that people who are really attractive and also shy and introverted need to be aware of. It's your cross to bear, learn to take the steps to not get cat-called or accept your beauty and accept the attention. Can't have both. I know no one wants to hear this, and I myself do not cat-call or think it has the moral highground, but at a fundamental level its the reality of the world.
