It goes against all normal advice to keep Aguero. At 11 mil you need to be able to captain him and you shouldn't be able to captain a 60 min player. However, in 60 mins Aguero has the xA + xG to match anyone playing 90.

You have the options of picking a City attacking player and keeping him through the season so that you ride out the missed game time or simply going with City defenders. I can't see how you can drop Aguero as he is the only one starting every game so that if you captain him you know he wont come on for the last 15 mins.

Add to that, there is no other decent attacking premium option so you may want to keep him while he is still decent and there is no clear way to spend the money.
