Sure, if you are a rat bitch, you go ahead and do that. Also, as I told /u/driverdan, this is not a tag, this is what you call a throw-up. Also, I can't believe you are willing to potentially ruin someones life for graffiti. You have to be some real piece of shit to turn someone in for something that has literally no effect on your life. So, you walk down the street and instead of seeing a blank concrete wall, you see some scribbles, or potentially some big bubbly letters, so fucking what you god damn cry baby. You really want to send someone to jail, and or give them thousands in fines for that? Sure there are some people who take it to the next level, and tag landmarks, or national parks, historic sites etc.. and to those people yea, they can fuck off. But there are a set of rules that most graffiti artists follow. And they will never tag spots like that. You go ahead and turn some people in. But fuck you if you turn someone in for tagging an alley, or a fucking dumpster or under a bridge, etc. At that point you are just a fucking brown nosing bitch, looking to crush someone who probably isn't as well off in life as you, just to feel superior. Ruining someones life over something so trivial as writing on a wall is god damn disgraceful.
