He was a suspect because he was investigated for crimes by McMichael months before, because he was a convicted criminal, because he was known to take a gun to school, because he had recently made what could have been a theat of violence toward McMichael, because a separate witness observed him committing a crime, and because there has been several similar crimes in the area in the past weeks. So if you want to recreate the scenario, include those elements and see where it gets you. Or just pull a silly progressivetard dog whistle stunt.
