I don't have context but it seems like the skater quite literally asked him to hit them, so he does, then they all start rushing to confront him. It's not a good thing that he then punches the other two kids. Then he gets what he deserves but then a kid attacks him with a "weapon", yes it can be considered a weapon, then run away. Then you see a lot of the restaurant get up to confront them, which makes it seem like the kids weren't even wanted there to begin with.

Overall it depends on who started the confrontation but currently its arguable those kids are more in the wrong.

• Don't go around making people mad/confronting mad people and tell them to hit you, chances are they will hit you.
• And don't assault someone with a weapon, it makes you gain a lot more time in jail.
