Man proposes to girlfriend & her sister with Down syndrome

If you meet a girl and you really like her and get along well with her, having a disabled sibling shouldn't really matter. If stipulations like "you have to marry her" get put into the relationship then yea, things are weird. But it is definitely a little shallow and immature for someone to completely drop someone because they have a disabled person in their family.

"They're can be extraordinarily needy and make so many life situations uncomfortable" ???

Just a nonsense fucking sentence. First of all you didn't spell that right, and though you think spacing out every line is making it easier to read it really isn't. Second of all, what a stupid ass fucking thing to say. Disabled people can also be extremely unneedy as well and some can live decently independently depending on the severity of the disability. You're just assuming all disabled people need to be spoon fed and walked on a leash, you're a bit ignorant and uneducated. You're just full of assumptions so I honestly don't give a shit about your honesty, save it for someone else.

You seem like you're on your way to making a good point but can't help but come across as an idiot. Not every person with a disabled sibling wants you to marry that person, often they don't expect you to be responsible for anything involving the disability.
