Man refuses to sign citations. He is then issued a citation for failure to sign his citations.

Maybe I didn't watch the same video? It begins with the cop lawfully asking for his license and registration. The driver was in the wrong 100%, I haven't disagreed. He followed the law absolutely and completely. Both the officer and driver could have chosen to handle the situation in a number of ways. The officer went strong and hard, which is his choice. He could have pulled him out of the car, tased him, which I believe would be justified. He could have arrested him, which I believe he would be justified as well. In my opinion, and its just that, the officer was excessive and was being an asshole. I should be able to have an opinion right?
