Linked it in another reply but here's the source. honestly I was pretty surprised by that too, I knew they were common but I didn't know it was that common.

I come from a medical family too and some of this is from what I know from them (although double checked). I never said the others were safe, I specifically said they'll screw you up with long term use too. My issue was with the paracetamol is 'completely safe' statement. I also wasn't saying it should never be used or has no use, a hospital can easily control for any issues (ie: knowing the patients medical history, hopefully not accidentally double dosing them regularly etc).
