In collage I had 2 roommates that we're Boston townie Irish best firends. They partied pretty heavy in school. They both sobered up and parted ways after collage, getting married and having kids. One of the 2 went off the wagon a few years later. Drained his bank account on blow. In the wee hours he had an idea. He remembered where his old friends mom kept the cash stash in the house. The guy parked outside the house and waited for the mother to leave for her job. When she left, he broke in and went for the cash. The mother had forgotten something and came back. He was discovered and freaked. He grabbed a screwdriver and stabbed her to death.

A few weeks later we were at at the wake. All of us were in agreement that the 2 best friends were likely going to go vigilante and kill the perp. We did not know at the time that 1 of the 2 was the perp. He was at the wake.

A few months later us came to light that the friend was the murderer. He spent the next 10 years in s supermax prison. Locked down 23 hours a day. My neighbor is a medical orderly at that prison. He knew the guy. He referred to him as red flag for both inmates and guards. He had a term for it but I forget.

So, this is the neck hair raising part. It was on or right around the 10 year anniversary of the murder. It was also the mothers birthday. Apparently herion is sill a thing even in a supermax. This guy got a taste for the smack during his time. His last day alive he was given a needle with bleach and amnonia in it. He died a painful death.

The other friend has gone on to have a good life. I don't know him anymore, but I hear about him from the friend circles from time to time.

Fuck you J.D. I hope there is a hell because you are definitely getting hot-shotted every moment if there is.
