Managers of Reddit, what is the most unprofessional thing an employee has done that resulted in an immediate termination?

Not my company, but my dad. It's your typically 3 story office building where his business occupies 1/2 of the 3rd floor.

He's had to fire multiple employees for coming in to work high, drunk, etc... but there's one recent example that's my personal favorite. He had hired this girl, who we can call S. S had all the qualifications for the job, spoke well and seemed normal enough so she was hired and told to start the following Monday at 9AM. The following Monday rolls around and she doesn't show up for her training class, which for his line of work is pretty normal that one or two new hires just never show up. Whatever, the trainer goes on with his day. At about 11Am my dad gets a call from the receptionist saying that there's essentially a women wearing a crop top shirt and short shorts who looks like she hasn't slept in 24 hours in the lobby. At this point he hasn't even heard that this girl hasn't shown up so he's baffled and heads over to the desk to see what's up. Apparently, in the 30 seconds it took him to get over there S is passed out, on the floor, snoring. Like full blown sleeping in the middle of the reception area. Dad wakes her up, asks her whats going on and she starts talking about how pretty the office looks with all of the colors, and asks if she can start her job. He was already able to tell she was on something so he fires her on the spot and tells her to go home. S tries to argue she's sober, she obviously isn't so she's told to go and she goes. About an hour later my dad gets a call from the building manager, who's like "we need you, right now downstairs". Dad runs downstairs and sees S sleeping on the floor of the lobby, mind you there are chairs everywhere. Eventually the building manager starts screaming for security and she just takes the bus home
