Manchester United have failed to qualify for the 2019/2020 UEFA Champions League

Positive? You must have gone insane then, they have just recently been in a fucking shitshow of a period with Moyes and LvG. Literally the worst I've ever seen Manchester United and without a doubt the most boring Manchester united I've seen since I started watching football in the 90's. Then Mourinho comes in and completely turns around their shaky unconfident attitude and builds a secure and solid competitive line up although not a very creative attacking one. They re-establish themselves and brings back Pogba, buys Sanchez, and keeps their best players. Despite asking for players like Varane, Maguire, Modric, Bale, Perisic, Koulibaly etc, he gets to keep using the same shit defenders and the same midfielders.

You don't ask for new players in so many positions, after winning a EL and finishing 2nd in the PL unless you see a serious problem ahead. They should've been top 3 easily with their financial resources and worldwide reach as one of the biggest clubs in the entire world, and the funny thing is they have themselves to thank, you have to either stand behind the manager or stay the fuck away from them. Not half-assing, buying Fred and bringing back Pereira from loan, in return for the coaches fine performances winning the EL (over Ajax) and finishing right behind City's billion dollar oil squad.
