Mandatory immediate evacuation ordered for low-lying levels of Oroville and areas downstream

If I did manage to get enough funds for something like this, i'd have two or three people on an 8 hour shift to start out. Maybe two people on at a time doing 8 hour shifts, and one person doing 12 hour shifts(like a supervisor) 6pm-2am, 2am-10am, 10am-6pm. There's always fresh content. I have 7 years experience doing advanced web development as well. I already have a modified version of wordpress that I turned into a full fledge social network(sort of like facebook but better and with chat rooms). I could add a submission form for content, or a live chat room where people can chime in and request content to be played. We'd also be searching /r/videos, twitch(with maybe a contract with them)), youtube(i've been a youtube junkie since youtube was in beta), and perhaps paid contracts with Vet TV and the creators of family guy(like netflix did). People would have to pay a $0.99/mo subscription to watch with pre-loading ads, and $4.99/mo to watch without ads. That would help support the cost to keep it going. It should get thousands of subscribers. 10-20k subscribers * 3.99 = $49,900-99,800/mo. There wouldn't be nearly that watching at any given time. Actual news content would be comical, entertaining but not over the top pewdiepie comical, and serious when needed. The money should be enough to keep up on server costs and pay the bills of staff, as well as maybe the cost of an office rental. As it grows, the office would move to a larger location, more staff would be hired for better quality content, and it would turn into a multi-million dollar business in hopes of eventually competing with mainstream media.
