Sounds like you want romcoms with some (but not a ton) of drama. Here are a couple finished ones I enjoyed:
Nisekoi - not the greatest most original story every written, but hits a lot of the same tropes of We Never Learn and is really fun IMO.
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun - personal fave of mine from the Shoujo genre. Fun personality twists from your usual MCs, and has real progress.
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia - might be a little more drama/spooky than you would prefer, but has gorgeous art and is a fun little romance/paranormal series.
ReLIFE - very fun series about romance and second chances. Again maybe a bit more drama than you are looking for. In color which is a bonus.
Love Hina - the OG harem romcom. Has a lot of old tropes that haven't aged well (launched by nose bleed/minimal progress/etc) but it's still a really fun manga IMO.
