Manitoba's Phase 3 reopening draft plan is now online

There still exists some inequity between industries here. Why is it that a crowded restaurant can accept walk-ins, but a nail salon can't?

There also needs to be some clarity about social distancing; industries are advised to separate people who are not from the same household. This obviously doesn't work in most social businesses (e.g. bars) so what is a business owner to do? They can either choose to ignore the guidance or not run their business. This confusing guidance.

Lastly, why make the occupancy levels so complex (100% for health services and retail, 75% for restaurants, 50% for personal services)?

Does it continue to make sense to have performances closed? What about outdoor performance (e.g. Rainbow Theater).

We have to be realistic that you can literally name every person who has COVID in this Province, yet we are reopening more slowly and with more complexity than other jurisdictions.
