DP for Texas residents: HEB continues to be a sweet spot for MS (I live in the Austin area). Downside is they only sell Vanilla VGCs; upside is that there is a WU inside every HEB, and VGC purchases are processed at the normal check-out lines separate from the WU. So, depending on your risk tolerance and how big the store is, you can very easily make it a one-stop shop for purchasing/liquidating if that’s your thing, especially if you already shop there for groceries (not always recommended to do this, of course). Note that you have to set a pin with the VGC before liquidating it. HEB MO people have always been kind and helpful; they’ve processed multiple MOs for me at once without batting an eye.
