Watch “we without wings”(anime). It is about a guy with personality disorder and 4 personalities. Each one of his personality attract 1-2 girls. 1 of the personality is sealed and only appears once throughout the whole series. The other 2 works part time to try to get enough money for the original personality to be able to get rid of personality disorder(which means they will “die” too). The original personality sometimes pass out while his consciousness goes to a fantasy world where he is a knight (not an actual world but just imagination based off a game he played a while back) The anime is pretty wholesome and the hair colour changes(only visible for the viewers) when a different personality takes over.
