Such misguided anger. It's not his fault the tool doesn't work, he didn't make it himself or even have a hand in it's creation. You can actually blame the American people for that, and the failure of most bank's online services being crippled all day long. Everyone is trying to access at once, fucking the servers over all day long.

But, on the other hand, it's also not his doing that people are getting money today. He signed the bill, but it wasn't his plan or likely not even his idea. The GOP is pretty anti-public assistance but we live in a weird time where they saw that it wasn't just Liberals needing a hand so they were okay with it. It's why it's being spun as a "tax credit". It's not a hand out if they are advancing you money you would earn later...
