Yep. Decades of being out taught me to approach this with caution—tbm’s will hold on tightly. Watch for opportunities to plant seeds. When you figure out what the shelf breaker is...go for it and direct them to the truth. TSCC stands on a weak foundation and it is in no way immune to serious questioning. Over many years, I’ve learned that everyone already has at least on item on their shelf—so use that knowledge but mitigate your response. When you discover what the game-changer is—point out where to find the answers and be patient. When you get to that point, just know that it might take a bit for them to work through it—but it will happen eventually.
