If you're going to attribute all death due to mismanagement as murder then lets take a look at Indian leaders and label them mass murderers.

Your reply shows you still don't know what murder means. Was Mao a mass murderer? Yes. Was Mao responsible for causing a famine? Yes. Was Mao the biggest mass murderer in history due to deaths caused by a famine? No.

Mao murdered his political rivals and opponents. The famine isn't something he intended or wanted to happen. You're repeating cold war propaganda talking points. You can't list mass murderers then include famine related deaths. Intent still matters even if it is politically inconvenient to do so.
