in the middle of week 3/6 for the last block of massing. up to 188 in the mornings now and am the leanest i've been at this weight. i think i'll barely crest 190 then start the cut back down instead of pushing my fatness like in past bulks.

bodybuilding-style training is really something else. i haven't touched a weight over 255 since december, but im growing like a weed and have had none of the systemic fatigue from when i was moving bigger loads. absolutely implore all of you to try straight-leg deadlifts from a deficit - you will use like 1/2 the weight of normal deadlift rep work and 2 sets will leave you unable to walk properly for 5 days.

have done a few sessions with my velocity tracker, but i end up forgetting to turn it on a lot of the time. it has a lot more faith in my than i do in myself - it estimated a set of 230x10 highbar ATG pause squats at a 385 1rm, which would put it only ~30lb off my lowbar to parallel E1RM, when in reality the highbar feels like 100lb harder.

planning to do 1-2 more blocks of hypertrophy fun stuff to kick off the cut then i'll go back to normal lifts to see what the new muscle can do
