Mark Zuckerberg Most Awkward Interview About Privacy

Honestly, it's the healthiest decision I've ever made. I've always had some form of social anxiety and after a year of doing freelance work from home, I've realized that I'm just not meant to work in an office all day. I could never concentrate and was always stressed, and I've been "facing" that fear for 10 years now with no change whatsoever.

I think everyone has their own issues, so it could definitely be unhealthy for others. But in my case, I've never been so consistently happy in my entire life. In the mornings I'll go for a walk, ride my bike, soak up some sun, run errands, and take care of work at night. I don't feel trapped anymore, which is the exact feeling that would trigger my panic attacks.

I'm also an artist, and its given me more time to work on my art which makes me happier than anything. I've made incredible progress in just 1 year, and even started learning music which I've never done before. I'm way more inspired now, and because of that I'm way more confident. Haven't felt stressed in a very long time, and the panic attacks went away completely.
