Marketing Marathon Interview - Need Advice

So curious who this disrupter is! I just had a round of interviews today at a major tech company. I don't know if I will get an offer! But I know I did my best. And if they decline to offer the role, it's because I'm Strawberry icecream and they are looking for Mint Chocolate chip.

Advice- think of the in-person interview as a conversation rather than a test. That helped me shake out of anxiety a lot.

Pay ?- You can try to compare similar roles on Glassdoor. But honestly, start-up is very variable. They could be more equity based than salary based.

PS: A bird in the hand is worth more than two birds in a bush! So be grateful you already have a job, and feel the relief of knowing that even if these guys flip on you, you don't need them! If they fail to see everything you bring to the table, it's really their loss.
