I’m so sorry you went through such awful things. I know the horror of realizing you have been poisoned and betrayed by someone who was supposed to be close to you. The understanding that there may be permanent damage, and not being certain how much. The human body can heal in amazing ways, so take care and hopefully you can get your strength back.

I hope you stay safe and recover well, please be sure to have a security system and bar your door at night. People like this also may poison people in their sleep, and I hope like hell she never gains access to you again.

Domestic violence resources and advocates may be available to you in your area. I don’t know if you can get her charged with attempted murder or if it will be too harmful to your mental health to ho through that
