Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” What are your life examples of this?

When I was 22 the love of my life held my hand through cancer. Later that year, after being declared in remission he helped me from a crawl to a fly & we moved across the country to chase our dreams.

When I was 24 the love of my life died tragically in an ATV accident while on vacation.

My fly turned into the most painful crawl I’ve ever experienced. It’s experiences like this that you realize you cannot live any other way than one second at a time.

I’m 30 now. Some days I still can’t get quite to my feet, but other days I’m flying, or at least running.

Im always seeking a forward motion in my life. Because either way, time will pass. May as well move forward along with it.
